1. What you get (license)
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal and commercial projects — build your portfolio, plug in your own data, customise it freely, and use it in client or interview work.
2. What's not allowed
Although our templates are built on open-source tools, the product files themselves are licensed, not open to redistribution. You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload, republish, or otherwise distribute the original or substantially similar files — whether free or paid, in whole or in part — to anyone else. One purchase = one user/seat.
3. Ownership
All products remain the intellectual property of implaced.com. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
4. Enforcement
If we find our files being shared, pirated, resold, or distributed without authorisation, we may revoke your licence, block access, and pursue all available remedies under applicable copyright and contract law, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
5. No warranty
Products are provided “as is”. We're not liable for losses arising from their use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version.
