Refund Policy

All products on implaced.com are digital goods (downloadable dashboard templates and CSV datasets) delivered instantly after payment.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and accessible/downloadable immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a download link has been issued.

Before buying, please use the live preview and sample rows provided on each product page to confirm the product fits your needs.

Exceptions

We will review refund requests only where: (a) you were charged more than once for the same order, or (b) the file is corrupted/unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@implaced.com with your order ID.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
